CollegeLife is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Nature of the Service

CollegeLife is a student marketplace and wallet platform that enables users to:

• Browse and purchase listings
• Send and receive funds between users

CollegeLife acts as an intermediary platform only and is not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell illegal, prohibited, or unsafe items
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
• Attempt to manipulate transactions or exploit the platform
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Users are solely responsible for:

CollegeLife does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings.

5.2 Transactions Between Users

• CollegeLife does not guarantee fulfillment, delivery, or quality

Users assume full responsibility when entering into transactions.

6. Wallet and Payments

6.2 Payment Processing

CollegeLife:

• Does not act as a bank or financial institution
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted payment services

CollegeLife may assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to intervene or provide refunds.
